Top 10 Games in my Steam Backlog (DONE)

My Steam backlog is super long, as of this writing there are 762 games under PC in my Backlog on HowLongToBeat.com! Granted, some of those may be multiplayer games, which I wouldn’t really count, so it could do with some cleaning up. Still, after cleaning it I no doubt would have hundreds of games from Steam to play through. The following list of games are those in my Backlog I intend to play before the other 752, but you never know - by the time I get to playing some of the them, my Steam library will probably have grown, and maybe something else will have pushed its way to the top!

Welcome back to another weekly wrap-up of the games I’ve been playing over the past week!

Be warned, minor spoilers may be contained within. Generally, I do try to keep things spoiler-free but this isn’t always possible/practical! If you want to totally avoid all potential spoilers so you can play these games yourself in a blind run, you shouldn’t continue reading! Games contained within this post:

  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Switch)
  • Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest (3DS)
Jeanne d'Arc Review (Spoiler-Free)

Jeanne d’Arc is a strategy RPG (SRPG) developed by Level-5 for the PSP. It released in North America on August 21, 2007. Despite being Level-5’s first game developed for the PSP, and their first (and only) strategy game, it released to favorable reviews and strong sales.

I’m used to SRPGs like Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I found Jeanne d’Arc held up very well among this group.

Top 10 3DS Games in my Backlog (DONE)

I haven’t had my New Nintendo 2DS XL for very long. The Nintendo 3DS launched 7 years before I ever had one. In that time, the system built up a wealth of great games. Games loved by critics and fans alike. Titles from beloved Nintendo franchises like Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, Pokémon…possibly every Nintendo series is represented on the 3DS. Of course, other developers created great games for the system too, and between them and Nintendo, there are games for every kind of gamer on this platform.

The following list contains the top 10 3DS games in my backlog, but this is just a small slice of 3DS’s excellent library, and there are far more 3DS titles that I want to play someday!
